Privacy Policy

When you send us a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your message, and your answer to “How did you hear about us?”. The form also tells us which page you sent it from and, if you came to it from our website audit, the site you audited and its score. If you use our free website audit, we receive the website address you enter, and your email address if you ask for the report by email or unlock the AI visibility check. If you book a call on our booking page, the details you enter there go to the scheduling service that runs that booking tool. We do not collect payment information on this website, and you do not create an account here.

We use your contact information to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to communicate about your project. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not give your name, email address, phone number, or message to anyone for their marketing. How Google Analytics and our Google Ads account use information about your visit is explained below.

With your consent, Abixon Digital sends text messages (responses to a missed call you placed to us, and follow-ups to a contact or quote request you submitted) to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies and is low. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Your SMS opt-in consent and mobile phone number will not be shared with or sold to any third party for their marketing. Messaging is delivered through our service provider solely to send these messages on our behalf.

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. Google Analytics sets its own cookies in your browser and receives information about your visit, such as the pages you view, their full addresses (which can include a campaign or ad click code), the website that sent you, and basic details about your device and browser. Our website code also tells Google Analytics when you send us a message through the contact form, with your answer to “How did you hear about us?”, but not your name, email address, phone number, or message. To stop Google Analytics from collecting information about your visits, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or block or delete its cookies in your browser settings.

Our Google Analytics is linked to our Google Ads account, with ad personalization and Google signals turned on. That link lets Google Ads measure which of our ads lead to visits and messages, and lets us show our ads to people who have visited this site.

On each visit, the Google Analytics tag also sends its identifier for your browser to Google’s advertising service. If you arrive through one of our Google ads, Google stores the ad click code in a cookie and in your browser’s local storage. Sending us a message is recorded as an event our Google Ads account can count as a result of our ads, and when you send a message, Google also sets its own advertising cookie and a similar entry in your browser’s local storage. Google does not receive your name, email address, phone number, or message.

Because Google signals is on, if you are signed in to a Google account and have turned on personalized ads, Google may connect information about your visits to this site with that account, including visits from different browsers and devices.

You can review and turn off personalized ads from Google at My Ad Center. You can also opt out of interest-based ads from many advertising companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative. These settings control the ads you are shown; they do not stop the measurement described above.

Google Analytics and Google Ads set the cookies described above. Our own website code sets no cookies. The scheduling tool on our booking page comes from another company: it runs in its own frame, sets its own cookies, and uses its own analytics and security tools. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

This site’s own visit counter records each time a page of this site loads in your browser: the page’s full address (which can include a campaign or ad click code), the page that sent you if your browser shares it, your screen width, and a scrambled form of your internet (IP) address. Moving to another page of this site without the page reloading is not recorded. To tell which page loads belong to the same visit, it keeps a random visit ID in your browser’s session storage, which your browser normally clears when you close the tab.

Our website is hosted with a third-party cloud hosting provider. Like all web hosts, it automatically logs basic connection information including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. These logs are used for security and performance purposes only.

We use a small number of third-party services to operate this website: Google Analytics and Google Ads (described above), a third-party cloud hosting provider (to serve the site), a database provider (to store form submissions and audit results), an email service provider (to send our emails), a spam-protection service (on our forms), a web font service (for typography), and a scheduling service (on our booking page). Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or provide ongoing services. If you want your personal information deleted, email us at info@abixondigital.com and we will remove it within 30 days.

Our website and services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of analytics tracking. To exercise any of these rights, email info@abixondigital.com.

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to it, so this site does not change what it does when it receives one.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
