A $4,500 custom build, $0 upfront.
We waive the entire build fee in exchange for an initial term of 6 to 12 months, depending on scope. On the $4,500 build shown here, for example, that's 10 months at $150 a month. No setup fee - the build fee is earned down over the term instead of charged upfront, and your domain is yours from day one.
After the term, you choose
After the initial term you continue month-to-month at $150 and can cancel with 30 days' written notice. Once the term is complete and everything due is paid, the site is yours either way, and we hand it over whenever you ask.

Ownership transfers via one of three paths: pay for the build upfront, complete your full agreement term (6 to 12 months, depending on scope), or, if you cancel early, pay off the part of the build fee that hasn't been earned down yet.

If you are on a monthly plan and cancel during your 6 to 12 month agreement, you have two options. You can pay off the part of the build fee that hasn't been earned down yet, and the website becomes yours once that's paid. Or you can give 30 days' written notice without paying it, and the website comes down at the end of the notice period. Once you complete the full agreement term and everything due is paid, the website is yours, and we hand it over when you ask.
In every scenario, you keep your domain, the content you gave us stays yours, and you can ask for a full export of your customer data. You have access to your Google Business Profile from day one. If we hold its primary owner role during your initial term, we hand that role to you once everything due is paid and either your term is complete or you've paid off the unearned part of the build fee.
