The $99 Tune-Up keeps your existing website in place and gets it found - full search and AI-visibility setup plus ongoing optimization. The $150 Redesign includes everything in the Tune-Up, plus a full custom rebuild from scratch on a monthly plan with the build fee waived. Pick based on whether your current site needs to work harder or be replaced.
No. Your domain stays yours, and your email stays with your current email provider. We never ask for your registrar or email passwords.
After your initial term, you can leave any time with 30 days' written notice. If you cancel before your 6 to 12 month Redesign agreement is complete, you have two options: pay off the part of the build fee that hasn't been earned down yet, and the website and design code become yours once it's paid; or give 30 days' written notice without paying it, and the site comes down at the end of the notice period. If you complete the full term first, the website is yours once everything due is paid, and we hand it over when you ask. After ownership transfers, hosting and maintenance is available at a low monthly rate with us or you can migrate the site elsewhere. Either way, you keep your domain, the content you gave us stays yours, and you can ask for a full export of your customer data.
You keep it once you have either completed your full agreement term (6 to 12 months depending on scope) or paid off the part of the build fee that hasn't been earned down yet. Then the new design and site code are yours to host wherever you choose. If you cancel without paying that, the site comes down at the end of your 30 days' written notice and the new design isn't handed over. If you pay for the build upfront instead of monthly, the site is yours the day it launches. What is always yours regardless of plan or timing: your domain, anything you provided (logo, photos, words you wrote for the site) and your customer data. You have access to your Google Business Profile from day one. If we hold its primary owner role during your initial term, we hand that role to you once everything due is paid and either your term is complete or you've paid off the unearned part of the build fee.
