What's included in the $99 Tune-Up?

We add structured data, AI-search readiness for ChatGPT and Perplexity, Google Business Profile assistance, and content freshness signals. One DNS change at your registrar; no rebuild, no transfer, no passwords. Cancel anytime and the change reverts in five minutes - your original site is back exactly as it was.

What's included in the $150 Redesign?

Full custom-built website (not a template), hosting, monitoring, SEO + AEO + GEO optimization, and Google Business Profile management. We build it for you in 14 to 21 days. You own your domain and content from day one. Build cost is waived as long as you stay on the plan for six months; after that, month-to-month with thirty days notice.

Question 3

What does the 6-month Redesign agreement actually mean?

Accepted Answer

We waive the build fee and amortize it across the first six months of your subscription. If you cancel before month six, we ask for the unamortized portion of the build fee back; the math is published in your Stripe Customer Portal at all times. After month six the agreement converts to month-to-month with no clawback. We never lock you in past that point.

Question 4

Will I lose my existing website during the Tune-Up?

Accepted Answer

No. The Tune-Up runs at the DNS layer in front of your existing site. Your hosting, your CMS, your content stay exactly where they are. We add optimization signals that AI engines and Google read; visitors still see your normal site. If you cancel, you remove the DNS change and everything is back to baseline.

Question 5

Do I have to give you my domain or hosting password?

Accepted Answer

Never. Both Tune-Up and Redesign work with you keeping full ownership and control. The only thing you change is one DNS record at your registrar, and we walk you through it on a screen-share if you want. You never share a password with us.

Question 6

How do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Stripe Customer Portal. One link in any of your invoice emails. Cancel any time after the six-month minimum on Redesign, or any time on Tune-Up. Domain and content stay yours; we point it back wherever you want before anything shuts down.

Question 7

How fast can you actually ship the rebuild?

Accepted Answer

Most Redesigns are live in 14 to 21 days. You see weekly progress and you sign off before we go live. The Tune-Up activates in 24 to 48 hours after you point the DNS record.

Question 8

What if I want Pulse (reviews, inbox, lead discovery)?

Accepted Answer

Pulse is rolling out by industry; it isn't open to every business yet. Drop your email in the waitlist box on this page and we'll email you the moment Pulse opens to your industry. In the meantime, the Redesign plan already includes Google Business Profile management, which covers the most important review channel.
